Career Conversations: Personal Identity and Branding.
I am excited to inform you that we have now rescheduled the Career Conversation and Career Closet event that was cancelled due to the snow storm. The Career Conversation and Career Closet Launch is now scheduled for Wednesday, February 22 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Prairie Lounge. I wanted to extend the invitation to you again and encourage your participation if possible.
This event is an opportunity for you to engage in valuable conversations about professional identity and belonging, while also having access to free career clothing and accessories. Whether you are looking for a new outfit for an interview, or just want to learn more about career development, this event has something for everyone.

Career Conversation and Career Closet Event Agenda
- 10:00 am-11:00 am: Open for Shopping and Consultations
- 11:00 am-12:00 pm: Conversation on professional Identity and Belonging
- 12-1: Open for shopping but with the consideration that there is a concurrent book club meeting for the BSA in the Prairie Lounge at this time.
- 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm: Open for Shopping and Consultations.
Just make sure you’re the one managing your brand, so that “what you’re known for” is something you’ll be proud of—and something that will help you reach your career goals. Throughout the event, committee members will be available to provide assistance and answer any questions. I encourage you to attend this event and take advantage of the opportunities it provides. Please feel free to invite your friends and classmates as well.
Please note that from 12-1 pm, there will be a concurrent book club meeting for the BSA in the Prairie Lounge. While the career closet will still be open for shopping during this time, we ask that you please be considerate of the book club meeting.
