About this Event
Learn to Live (free online mental health resource) available for students, staff, and faculty. Now more than ever is a great time to access these valuable resources! We are all in this together and will get through this season of uncertainty.
Learn to Live is a no-cost resource available to Student Services Fee-paying students to provide online programs and tools to help with stress/anxiety/worry, depression, social anxiety, insomnia, and substance use. The programs are designed for those who want a self-paced mental health resource.
Students can enroll in any of Learn to Live’s interactive programs after completing our quick mental health assessment. Additionally, students can sign up for our Mindfulness Moment text service, access our on-demand webinars, or connect with a Member Coach. Students can visit learntolive.com/partners and enter code UMN for access.
