Join Golden Eagle Entertainment for Music on Monday featuring looping artist Noah Hoehn!
Singer/songwriter, live-looper and multi-instrumentalist, Noah Hoehn, was the #2 most booked music act from the NACA National Convention in 2016 and Northern Plains in 2017. His unique solo show featuring marimba, harmonica and Indian dhol drum, has been featured on PBS's “Minnesota Original”. The Minnesota native is also a three-time winner of the prestigious McKnight Fellowship for Performing Musicians. His unique and dynamic performances could be described as one part Eddie Vedder, one part Zedd and one part "marimba ninja". Noah uses a style of looping called audio architecture to construct both mod covers and original music. His compelling show enlightens unwitting students with slices of culture through demonstrations and student engagement.
