The University of Minnesota Scholarship in Honor of George Floyd is now accepting applications from all eligible students, including those with financial need and those who have been victims of police violence. To be eligible for the University of Minnesota Scholarship in Honor of George Floyd, you must be registered full-time in an undergraduate degree-seeking program at the University of Minnesota Crookston. 

The scholarship application is available at the UMN Crookston Scholarship site. Click ‘Apply Now’ and find the link for the University of Minnesota Scholarship in Honor of George Floyd.  It will include detailed information about the scholarship program and the application process. The award amount is expected to be approximately $4,000 for one UMN Crookston student split evenly between the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters. 

The deadline for complete applications is 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2021.
